Looking for a co-host in Strasbourg on a 50-50 payout sharing basis

I host a two-room flat in rue d’Oslo, 11th floor, well-lit big balcony.
I travel a few weeks of the year and am looking for a co-host:
~ to be on call for urgent phone calls.
These are usually someone who  can not find a knife (look in the kitchen).
~to be on call for true emergencies and deal with those.
~to physically come to the appartment on the days of turnovers (give and receive the key).
Fully inspect the appartment and report back to me.
Deal with any damage that needs to be addressed immediately.

All correspondence with AirBnB is communicated with the co-host.
