@John143 I don't understand what you mean by "charge the deposit". Do you have some other deposit than the security deposit managed by Air BNB? Was there damage that you are claiming? You don't get to claim for guests breaking the rules unless there is damage.
Apparently you have a way of confirming the number of guests, right? You just send a request for the additional charges due to you along with an explanation of why the extra charge. The guest has to accept the request and the additional money is sent to you.
Additionally you would give the guest a thumbs down review for a major breach of your listing rules. Don't do the review until the money is received.
