My address is the town I where I want to be listed... but I'm there

My address is Chestertown, Md.  I want to be listed when a search is done for Chestertown, Md.  My offerings are not on that search result.  (I do live 9 miles out of town and I assume that is the reason).  Because Chestertown has a lot going on and I know people search specifically I'm wondering if there is a way to make me show up on the Chestertown search results?
