More than one listing in same house

I have two seperate spaces to rent in the same home.  What is the best way to handle that situation.  I've listed both seperately, one is for 4 people and one for 2.  I'd also like to offer both spaces together as a rental.  Would I just make a new listing offer both as one rental?  If you have to list each seperately is there a way to  "copy" what you do (a templete of sorts) so you don't have to enter everything in 2 or 3 times.   If one is clicked on can it be set to have all of your listing in the same house come up?

Yes, you'd make two individual listings, and one that combines them for a 6-person stay. Be sure to synch the calendars so the reservation of either individual listing will block the calendar on the combined, and visa-versa.

I don't think there's an easy way to copy an entire listing, and folks will only see your other listings if they click on your profile. But you can mention the other listings in the description (and possibly link to them?)

Thank you....  I'm assuming I must (if I list both rooms as one) manually block out the other two calendars?
