Never got paid, and contacting airbnb help desk is impossible

Hi!  I had guests a week or so ago, and the payout never arrived.  I've had 2 other guests since then, and their payouts have already come.  I tried to contact airbnb help desk but it is IMPOSSIBLE.  I spent 30 min, and then my hubby spent 30 min just trying to contact an airbnb help representative, with no luck.  HELP!

Hi @David-And-Lauren0, although I've never had to use it I understand that a direct message to Twitter (described here) gets quick results. Assuming you use Twitter of course.

I had an additional charge for a guest which they accepted and I never got paid either. It is frustrating trying to contact Airbnb.

I have exactly the same problem ... loose a lot of Time not being successful to join airbnb customer desk !!!

what happens to airbnb ... it was much more efficient in the past 

I think I will go to Homestay booking website instead ... they have a very helpful
