Now that airbnb is collecting IVA in Baja California Sur what are you doing as a host?  Are you setting up a Mexican company?

I'm confused too, I help a friend as a co-host in his place in Baja and I'm not pretty sure what to do 😞

He was collecting 19% (16% IVA + 3% Occupancy Tax) at the guest's arrival, obviously with previus notification of it by dm and guest access info (not too many people was agree in paying this, though).

So, if Airbnb is collecting only the 3%, would that mean that we still need to collect 16% from them?

And what if the guests require or ask for a "factura'?!

HELP!
