Hi I just got off the phone with the help desk. I noticed that when looking at my listing as a traveler, some dates that I have open show as booked. Using a browser the open dates show as open. When the help desk tried their phone app they had the same problem. So as of right now the problem is being escalated. I just wanted to share this with the community as this is very detrimental to my booking ability especially during my busy season.
Marty, I am new to Airbnb and have also noticed this when switching to a traveler instead of host on my phone app, however when looking online from the website, the correct days of availability are open. This is concerning and thank you for the information.
