Overpriced offer

Good evening.

I received a message from a couple who seemed very keen in staying at my property. I answered, pre-booked for them, and they never came back. I looked up Airbnb (automatic) accounts and price offer and realized they had charged 598 € per night instead of the correct 245. 

I would like Airbnb to clarify me on what went wrong and how can something like this happen, when it all is automatic and the prices are clearly written in my calendar.
