The $190 is due to the cleaning fee average per night being added to your base price.
Your base is set at $150 and your cleaning fee is $80.
If someone looks for your minimum allowed 2 nights stay they'll see a per night accommodation price of $150 + $80/2 = $190.
When I checked your listing for a weekend, Friday 31/3 to Sunday 2/4, the base price is $170, the cleaning fee $80 so I got a per night accommodation price of $210.
Thanks Steve. That makes sense if someone enquires about the cost of staying with us but doesn’t really explain why the calendar populates 12 months in atvance at $190 weekdays (should be $150) and $170 weekends (correct setting). Does that make sense?
I missed your point that it was the calendar that was showing the $190. Apologies.
When I temporarily added a cleaning fee to my price it didn't show on the calendar, only the base price did so I'd say the only thing to do is to contact Airbnb.
If you have a Twitter account you can search for @@AirbnbHelp. I've found that they respond with a few hours.
At least prospective guests see the intended price when they search.
