Potential damage

I have clients at my property who arrived thursday evening. I had a message from my poo maintenance team who found that the pool pump valves had been tampered with and all turned off with the pump still running. This coud have caused serious damage. The clients contacted me yesterday complaining that the pool was very dirty and could i get it sorted.

My maitenance team advised that it would take a while to filter the water.

I have since found out from a neighbour that 1 of the clients was in the pump room on the evening of arrival, although the clients have not admitted this.

I did ask the clients to let me know that the pool had cleared and have heard nothing further.

Please put a lock on your pump room immediately.

Anything that guests can touch, they will break- in ways you could never imagine!

Get in touch by phone to London air bnb number asap.

Explain the situation, get advice on how to proceed for potential damages.

Better still cancel the booking and let air bnb cancel for you,if they have time remaining, get them off your property.
