I am having trouble finding long term pricing. I have a cottage that has seasonal pricing, the same every year. The help menu tells me to go to price settings and then to long term pricing, but there is no long term pricing option once I am in pricing settings. Please help if you know where to find it.
@Ariel25 Long term pricing is monthly price discount so just use that option under Pricing . If you have special pricing for seasonal time periods, use that feature to define the period, again under Pricing. Also, it might be useful for you to read articles in the Help Center regarding long term rentals. There are different cancellation policies for long term.
Thanks fo the info Linda. But this is still not useful to me. I want to set up seasonal nightly pricing. We do not book long term. I want to be able to set up pricing from Nov-Apr one rate per night and May-Oct another rate per night. Can't seem to find a way to get this done permentantly. Seems like I have to re-enter the pricing at the begining of every year.....
Ah @Ariel25 You don't want long term pricing as you originally posted, you want to have seasonal pricing long term. Big difference! I think if you will have to use custom pricing on the calendar if you have different pricing within each season. If you have the same nightly pricing but just have seasonal pricing you can define each season and add pricing under Price Settings. Air BNB works on a rolling 12 months for booking. So if you set pricing now it will renew along the calendar during the rolling 12 months. I don't recommend that you set prices now and just keep them the same for a long time. The market changes and if you manage your pricing more closely you can take advantage of increase and decrease demand.
Hi @Ariel25, Go to price settings and then click on discounts. Under discounts you will see weekly discounts and monthly disccounts. If you look below Monthly Discounts you will see in small letters ( i forget the exact wording) about clicking on the words weekly or monthly to set special prices for specific dates. Very simply layed out. Hope this helps.
