Recommendations for Airbnb and the community center

I wish Airbnb would make it easier for their hosts to figure out how to contact them. It seems every other question on these community forums is asking how.

I also wish that Airbnb would say something like this, "please search the forum for answers to your question before posting it to the community center". I always do that but it seems thats not the case for a lot of people and the community center is overflowing with repeat and already answered questions.
