Removing a co-host - what happens to future, but already booked shared earnings (& penalties)?

Hi,

I have found a co-host and agred to share earnings, had a bunch of bookings done (starting now for the next two weeks). The co-host and I have agreed to transfer the co-hosting to a friend. What happens if I do this now:

- Does the co-host that gets removed get any bad review / penalties? We would not want that.

- What happens to the earnings for a booking that was made when the initial co-host was selected and shared earnings turned on, but that will actuall by supported by the new co-host? If I turn off the initial co-host, and replace with the new co-host today, will the new co-host receive shared earnings (even if the booking was already made before I did the switch?)
