Removing listing while retaining Reviews

My question is: i am a manager for one of the apartments, however the owner wants to manage it herself, so how do i delegate this to her / transfer the listing for her apartment that i have created AAAAND retain the reviews for her apartment?

The easiest way is to delete her listing from my profile, however that's not a good option.

@Delian0 You can't transfer a listing and reviews to another account. The reviews will remain with you: you were the host, so they're yours. She will need to open a new profile and start from scratch.

So i should " unlist " the listing and tell her to make a new profile / listing ?

@Delian0 You could also make her a co-host, then make her the primary host, but you would both still have access to the listing. If you want to make a clean break, the best thing to do would be to just have her set up her own profile and set up a new lising.
