I called to complain about the 10,50 charge because I added a day Your rep hung up on me after I told her that in sales you have to transfer the call. Supervisors before said that they train them to do that. This rep just hung up on me after 2 hours on hold
Are you kidding me. And she would not give me her name or id number..
