Reservation pre-approved - please help!

Hi! I am hosting for me first time..
I have a quest who request my flat, after i pre-approved and send a message. It has been 4 days already since the quest responded my messages, there is no communication from his side now. Can i cancel penalty free? I have instant booking. 
Also, when quests send an enquiry for similar days, is it up to me which one i choose (for ex. the more suitable one for longer period) and i can just cancel the other one penalty free?

Hi @Amit17,

 

Did the guest book, or was it just that you pre-approved them and then four days went by?  If the guest booked, then you can not cancel penalty free.  If it gets close to the reservation date, and you still can not get a response, contact the company and have them try.  

 

If it was still at the pre-approval stage, then you have no worries.  The guest did not book, and the pre-approval expired after 24 hours.
