"Validation failed: This reservation is not fully paid".
Time and time again, I receive the message posted above and have to send my guest a bill for their pet (or other requested extra services) off platform, which defeats the premise of doing everything on platform and safeguarding both the guest and the host.
I know that this failure is due to the payment process initiated with the guest by AirBnB. HOWEVER, the Resolutions Center should be able to be used from the moment that the guest booking is accepted by the host to request guest agreed upon extra fees.
AirBnB, PLEASE CORRECT this programming error.
