Seeking Property Mangement in Philly (Fishtown)

Hello all -- really appreciate all the great discussions on the Board, it's been very helpful!  I'm a long-time user of AirBnb, but a first time host (but it does mean I have opinions on what makes a great stay!)  My property is in Fishtown, a super-hip suburb of Philly.  Great, friendly area.  For various reasons, I'm not always around to manage the property myself.  It's a great mid-market place.  I'd love to find someone interested in helping manage the property.  Be great to find someone already doing this in Fishtown or NoLibs that wants to expand their offerings.  Any recommendations?

PS -- I did try a couple of the larger Philly services.  They were looking for bigger fish to fry and weren't interested in a one-off in Fishtown.
