Sending a special offer to guest which increases the service fee and I get paid less

Hi everyone

i have just tried to send a special offer to a guest reducing the price to allow a fourth guest free ( I charge $10 a night extra for more than two guests ). I reduce the price in the sub total but I notice that the service fee increases, and the guest has to end up paying even more and I get much less than I anticipated. Please help!  Does this final price for the guest include the security deposit ? I am confused as I cant work out how to reduce the final price for the guest.  Would appreciate your help.  Many thanks Tracey

I have the same problem: I've just tried to  a special offer at 550 down from 634 and it increases the services from 24 to 80!
