Should I be thinking about "Business Travel Ready"

Hi Everyone

I started hosting this past spring and have had almost 30 sets of guests come through my space - mostly tourists, but a few who have been attending conferences. We have had a great experience so far -  a few "odd ducks", but no one who has misused the space, caused problems with the neighbours, or left big messes. Most guests have been fun, in fact. 

So I am now wondering whether I should be thionking about the whole "business ready" thing... I think I am actually meeting all criteria except the same-day check-in, which I am wary of, given my own schedule and some of the things I have read on the boards here.

So, I'm wondering what people's expeeinces have been with the business travel thing? Are there advantages? Does it actually bring in different guests? Better or worse?

I thought you had to completely vacate the home?  (I just now read that, thinking the same thing.)
