We are hosting on Cape Cod. During the summer months we request full week bookings. My question is: Which day of the week is the best to start and end the week on the Cape? I am thinking that there must be a higher demand for a week beginning on Saturday vs Monday for example.
@Randy57 Most of the hosts that I have seen with Cape Cod homes do a Saturday to Saturday. Occassionally I will see a Sunday to Sunday, but the Saturday works better per the hosts in the forums I've read.
Hi. I am new to Airbnb and I have a similar question. I would like to manage my calendar for a minimum stay as weekly just for one week in a month, when I am on vacation. All other dates I would like to have a minimum stay of 2 days. Where can I set it in the settings? Thanks for help in advance.
@Mirjana26 Go to you Calendar then click on Availalbity Settings. Scroll down until you see Trip Length and click Edit. Scroll down to add Additional Requirements and put in the details, don't forget to save it.
Hello,
I have a minimum stay of two nights. But just now I tried to book two nights on the calendar to see what the pricing was and it wouldn't allow me to book less than four nights. Help! If guests are trying to book two nights, they can't, even though my minimum is in fact two nights. What can I do?
@Barbara78 It's letting me book for two days I checked a few different dates. I assume it the Kilda listing as the other two have all the dates blocked off.
Actually, the dates for Cloud House Bellagio aren't blocked, it's just that you can't book for 2 nights, when that's my minimum. It only allows me to book for four.

Any ideas?
Thanks Letti. No, it was Cloud House. Dates from 27 August to 2 September aren't blocked. At least not on my end.
