Split the payout for some of my listings

Hello, I have a question and need your help please. I manage a listing and need to split the payout amount of that listing to two persons (payoneer cards)? Me  as 20% and the owner 80%.

Please is it possible to get help on the subject?

Yes, this is possible if one of you is the host and the other the co-host, read more:

in fact the point is that I created the listing "Sunny Apartment" 23737923 as a co host. The owner of the apartment is a friend of mine.

Please inform me what I have to do next, in order to be able to manage the apartment as a co host for all.

The listing says you are the host (NOT the co-host). Normally you co-host a listing, wich is under an account of somebody else (the host). So initially the setup is not right.
