Super Host Status

Hi guys! I meet superhost requirements but there are couple of guests who haven't submitted their reviews yet. Will it influence the rating if people don't rate you at all or the data used for statistics is taken from completed ratings only?

Superhost status is based on the number of 5* reviews you have received (ie completed ratings).

So if you have already met the requirement then you will receive the lovely badge (unless you do something before the next cut off date to invalidate it, such as a cancellation).

You have to have reviews from 50% of your guests. Since you need at least 10 in the first place, a couple missing will make no difference.

Hi everyone, I m a little confused as to why it is saying that that I have only had 4 completed trips on my host dash board in the last year as I have had many more than this. Between 15 and 20 off the the top of my head. If this figure was correct I would have the super host status. Can't figure out how to contact airbnb to ask about this, can anyone help? Thanks Helen.
