Hello, a few months ago I received a request from a guest, it is an account with 3 verifications. Recently, she contacted me with another account that has only the mobile as verification, no picture, no anything else. She is french, we messagged in french but with that other account she messagged with me in english. I'm quite suspicious.
@Mattia7 This would be a red flag to me and I would definitely want to know more about this person. Airbnb forbids people from having 2 separate accounts. Have you clicked on the first profile to see if it is active? It is possible that there is a perfectly innocent explanation for this person to have changed to a new account, but I sure would want to satisfy myself that this is the case.
I would advise you to copy this user's 2 links (it looks like this: www.airbnb.com/users/xxxxxxx) and send by Direct Message on Twitter to @airbnbhelp to confirm all is good with this person. You'll get the fastest response that way.
