I just received the following note from a guest. Any insights?
" I was just completing my booking and there's a little problem. In lebanon we frequently use the zip code which is 1501 for my area however there is no frequently used postal code. For billings we always give our full address. What do you suggest i can do?"

While you cannot send the URL you can direct them to search for "contact airbnb community help guide" this link will be #1 in their results.
