I started with Airbnb the first of November and had a lot of views almost from start-up. After a few months, I decided to do a separate listing and list only the downstairs in my guest cabin, which was my second listing. My first listing included the entire cabin, upstairs and downstairs. It has been well over a month since I did that second listing and it has not gathered any interest whatsoever, thus no bookings. In the last month, my views have dropped over 50% to the listing that includes the entire cabin. Can it be that the second listing, which is the bottom floor of the cabin, is dragging the views down for the first listing? I am puzzled as to why views dropped so dramatically in 30 days. I still have some bookings thru the 18th for the entire cabin, but not even so much as an inquiry after that. Just trying to understand. If the second listing does drag the first down in views, perhaps I should do away with it?
