Understanding South Korean Listings

I just received a booking for tomorrow from guests from South Korea. There doesnt seem to be a profile of this guest, allthough it shows that 3 reviews were available, not one of them shows up. The name is in Korean letters, which I cannot read. Its for 6 nights over Easter, it was an pre approved booking on airbnb. What do I do?

Email the guest and ask them how to pronounce their name in English...you may find they also have/use an English name in addition to their Korean name.

Reviews: are you sure you have looked at their profile details - if it says there are 3 reviews ,then just click on that link and you should see them.

Finally - if you are using IB then check your settings. For example have you ticked the box that says only guests recommended by other hosts?

As for profile - if it's not too late, then just ask them are they on holiday etc...

I am sure it will be fine..
