Unlimited penalty free cancellations - No you can’t

The Airbnb website states -

Unlimited cancellations

Hosts never have to host a reservation they’re uncomfortable with.

However, Airbnb is still counting to three for penalty free.

Happened to me last night. I was not comfortable with an instant booking so I asked airbnb to cancel. They refused. Told me I had cancelled three times this year. I said I had hosted 275 trips this year. 

They said bad luck. You’ve reached your limit

@Hugh0 Yep, it’s true. The fine print on this policy is that CS has the authority to cancel as many times as they are ok with you being uncomfortable.
