Wanting to cancel a guest without penalty

Hello,

I want to cancel a guest because I’m uncomfortable with the reservation or the guest has broken my House Rules. I read it somewhere that I can cancel with no penalty cose I'm on instant book but my guest is staying for a month (discounted monthy rate) and he spent so far a week, does the cancellation apply for the rest of weeks as discounted monthly rate or regular daily rate?

@Sam175  I don't think that canceling an AB without penalty applies since the stay his has started.  As far as the discounts goes I believe if you cancel they will refund him the days not used with the discount applied. And you will be paid for the days he spent at the the discounted price. I dont know this for sure but I believe that is how it goes.
