What guests are more dirty: males or females? And by what items?
Hi
A person's gender makes no difference as to whether or not they are clean, respect your property, are nice guests.
It has to do with how a person has been brought up.
It is an impossible question to make any general statements about.
(Having said that - anyone, male or female, with long hair means you spend extra time hoovering and search for those elusive long hairs!)
Agreed! But, Ive found that females are a bit messier. The makeup stained pillow cases and towels. The long hairs embedded in my carpets and sink drains. The mascara stains and glitter that dusted my bathroom floor proved to me that females are a bit messier. While not all of them are like this my last two females were a hot mess. I have PTSD just from thinking about the damage they did to my property. I still haven't bothered touching that room.
Female, long hair, blood stains on bed sheet
Females are the worst in my experience one thing I dispise is having a period in the bed, I charge for new sheets if it wont come out and check the mattress
Is it just me or... is this thread a trap?

Males are more 'dirty', but dirty is not the right word, and I sense that is not what you meant anyway Olga.
More losses come about from female guests with stains that cannot be removed from bedding and bathware......ie: nail polish remover, acetone based products and make-up.
More cleaning is required to remove traces of female guests than males.
A woman will be more likely to clean out the fridge and the restock cupboard on leaving to ensure she got good value!
A woman will be more likely to leave something behind than a male.
A woman will be more likely to press for a discount than a male.
On the other side, a male will have less respect for the property than a female.
A male will be more likely to break something and remove the evidence than a female.
A male will be more likely to swallow up as much internet data as is available than a female.
A male will be harder to communicate with than a female.
I think it's about 50/50....they are just 'dirty' in different ways! 😞
Cheers....Rob
Thank you for answering. I agree.
I haven't hosted many women but whenever there was a woman ( whether in a group or as part of a couple) they were in general, cleaner, quieter.
The main problem I have with some male guests is their smell and/or lack of hygiene. Men do not have the reflex to open the windows and let air in, so after 3 days, their smell is overpowering. It's like they are stewing in their juices.
They stink-up the guest bedroom bed, I have a mattress cover and their bad smell reaches through it and permeates the mattress.
