What should you do if the guests rental amount is calculated incorrectly?

If my rental price for Monday through Thursday is one price and the weekend is $20 more how is the total calculated when the guests arrive midday on Saturday and checkout is Monday midday? Am I incorrect in thinking the entire rental is at the weekend rate? Additionally, it shows on my booking calendar as half days on check in and check out. So one full day on Sunday and half days on Saturday and Monday totaling two full days. This is all a new experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, for your interest in answering my question. I found my answer. Airbnb considers the weekend days as Friday and Saturday, which is different than the hospitality industry. This is good information to know for future reservations.
