accept/decline

Hi the community

A guest has booked a week in March

He asked me to change the reservation (in fact he add one more guest which is not an issue for me).

-The reservation dates were not changed

-My price was not changed

So I pressed the button "accept/decline"  and I saw that the total price has decreased by 200chf!

If somebody could explain me what happens, I would be very happy?

 

The second question is: by pressing the "accept/decline" button I have accepted.... to loose 200chf (no option to decline)

So I understand that my guest will arrive in March, same dates with one more (5 instead of 4) and a cheaper price, he managed it very well!!!

When you see a button "accept/decline" does it mean that you accept, you decline, have a further option to accept or decline.

Why dont you message the guests and tell them the price you require for all of the guests.

If necessary you can arrange to decline the booking and then accept a booking from them for the correct number of guests

I think this is the only way to do it but make sure you talk to your guests about what you are doing and why

I did not accept or decline a guest and yet I see payment pending . I kept getting an error at server . I

want to decline to do some maintenance . I sure need help fast as they booked him today for tommorow
