i have a several listening in london
entire flat(2~3 bedroom flat) and private room
i usually don't care what guest do when they rent entire flat hopping everything is fine
but i'm also renting out private room in my flat which im living in (2bed room 2 bathroom 1 livingroom flat)
and chinese daughtor booked a rooom for her parents and she is living in my living room (she doenst sleep at flat but spend most of time with parents in living room)
i let them use it and i didnt say something as she is their are daughtor
but today
she brought her friends and boy friends and their parents cook massive dinner (yes my living rooms is big) without my permission
and they have never asked me .
they asked today afternoon " will u be at home? "
me : yes , why?
them : oh we will have dinner later with 'daughter' , is that ok?" - i said yes as they already have been in my flat during 4 days. it was werid that they suddenly asked it
but it wasn't just daughter they thought i will not be home as usual during evening time.
and when they came, i said flat is not for dinner party , if u want , u need to book entire flat not private room
and they dont listen. they keep speaking chinese ignoring me
and asked me " can i talk with landlord? wtf..?
i gave them 1 hour to leave after quick dinner (As they dont listen me at all anyway)
but after 1 hour they didnt leave of course, they just started eat after 1 hour talking
and i called airbnb, and airbnb noticed them to leave 30 min otherwise airbnb center said they will kick them out and asked me not to kcik them out until they do
but after 30 min, they are still having fun,
after 2 hour they are having tea. and airbnb dont accept phone call or text anymore until now
which is 6 hour passed after they having dinner party
airbnb thought guest will leave after 30 min?
they even dont do anything , dont accept my phone call, dont accept my text message at all
because they dont want to kick guest out or make guest uncomfortable
even they break the house rule.
as i asked lawyer , you can just kick them out and dont need to get permission from airbnb if they brought people who didnt booked
and if they allow them in without host permission.
dont trust airbnb. they will not help you..
