canceling

Hello

My building coproperty doesn't allowed short terms rent out of less than 6 months.

The juristic person want me to stop hosting on air BB.

I have 6 booking reservations confirmed within the next 6 months. The first one is on the 07/09.

I have read that there will be penalties of 50$/reservations. Is it possible? How can I claim for an understaning of my case?

Thanks for your answer, bye

It's your responsbility to check you are allowed to let out your property on short terms lets before you decide to rent it out.

You do get charged for cancelling bookings, but if you aren't going to use BnB in future......

You need to let your guests know ASAP as they are likely to have booked flights etc and need to find somewhere else hopefully with BnB's help.

I know some places don't allow short term rentals.  With that said, can you freeze your hosting, host the  6 more guests and tell your apartment they are family coming to town?  That way you get paid without a fee, the guests get to take their trip and maybe you can slip these last ones by?  At the same time, if it is a matter of losing your lease or renting out the apartment a few more times, then certainly keeping your apartment is most important.

Good luck
