guest overcharged by Airbnb

This is my second request to Airbnb...

I have a guest that was charged the correct amount months ago for an upcoming visit.
She just emailed me and said there was a charge Dec 10th on her Discover Card from Airbnb for $158.00 ? The confirmation code is WJXM4T and the receipt number if 4122025674.

Could you please tell us what that charge is for ?

Hi my guest says that she was charged $490 instead of $436. I had agreed to send her a special offer but she went ahead and booked before I sent the special offer. She'd booked our other apartment by mistake. I'm just wondering why she was charged $490 and what to do about it.

Presumably because that was the fee you charged and she would have seen before hitting the accept button.
