guest was charged in wrong currency

Hello,

I'm looking for some guidance on the question below. Can anyone help out? I'd like to get back to our upcoming guest with some suggestions. 

Our location is in Taiwan.

James, I just confirmed the booking! I added a credit card information and they charged me in EUR instead of SGD (I'm from Singaoore). There are no contact information on Airbnb except to contact you., do you know how I can reach out to them to change the payment to SGD instead
