guests broke rules, broke toilets, etc

I started hosting 6 months ago. It was pleasant until now. Have guests turn my house as a party house while I was not there. Have 15 people over, made huge noises until 3AM and later. Toilets are not flushing, trashed my place. What do I do? How do I make claim?

@Mindy10  Sorry this happened to you.  Be sure to message on the Air BNB system the booking guest expressing your concerns about the damage and the partying.  Take pictures.  Go to the Help Center and read the information about how to make a claim.
