I had to cancel my a reservation due to my health conditions. I got a fine as a host because it was within 7 days. I have a medical certificate but I do not know how to submit it. Could you please advise me how can I avoid this fine?
Hi @Ernest3 You could also do this by going to the Help Centre, on the left select "Contact", go to the bottom and select "My question is about something else" and work your way through. I was able to send a .pdf in order to request money for a damaged item so you should be able to submit your medical certificate somewhere in the process. I can't remember exactly, but think there is an option to attach files or photos. I hope that helps! Karen
