@Tim25 did you decline a reservation request or cancel a confirmed reservation? @Dave-and-Deb0 are referring to the latter.
If you declined a reservation request, you can send them a message to tell them it was a mistake and that they are welcome to resubmit another reservation request.
I declined a request because I wanted to turn-on the i.d. check feature. The guests have tried to resubmit the request and the system won't let them - as if the dates are not available, but they are. Any suggestions?
