los Angeles Tax regulations

Hi there,

I am very confused on what i need to do vs not. Everything i read is mixed and I am wondering what other hosts do in LA. It says Airbnb collects for you, but do I need to worry about things like licenses etc. What are others doing?

I am confused too.   Thinking about shutting down after the summer.   I’m reading conflicting information about when these new regulations apply.  Is it in July?
