new photos of our rooms

HI! We've been hosts for over 5 years and the original photos taken of our rooms (we rent 2 bedrooms in our home) are no longer accurate. We'd love to have an airbnb photographer come over and take some new pics but when I try through the website to schedule a photog, the site says we've already had pictures taken (accurate, of course.) How can I reach an actual airbnb employee to solve this dilemma?

You are only allocated a single professional photo session for your listing, @Karen340.  There are several discussions about that on this site but the upshot is that you should find your own photographer, perhaps a photographer who specializes in real estate.  The good news about that is you own the photos while the Air BNB owns your current photos.
