no bookings in the last two month

Aloha, I am wondering if other hosts are experiencing the same. I am a superhost in Hawaii for the last three years, have not raised the price yet no bookings for the last two month. Does anyone know if somehow listings do not show up?

yes i do have over 700 views per month, I even lowered the rate to the airbnb's suggestion and nothing.

@Nathalie796 Your place looks delightful.  Maybe try changing the first photo ? some of your garden and beach ones are lovely ?

I would for sure move the interior photos closer to the beginning of the list. They are really good, but so many leading exterior shots may make some people expect the interior has something to hide before they get that far.

I am also not getting any traffic. I get about 350 views/month - but no new bookings in about 4 weeks.

I feel your pain. I have an awful lot of empty space on my calendar.

Maybe it is a Hawaii thing - with Big Island volcanoes, hurricanes, tropical storms etc. People not realizing that Oahu is far away from the lava.

Any other Hawaii Hosts experiencing difficulty?
