pre-approval not working

I have set two days in my calendar during which my place is available. However, when I try to pre-approve a request, I get a message saying the dates are not available in my calendar. I tried dragging the handle to extend the duration to a third day, but the rate is in red on the that day. During the first two days it says Verification Pending. When I hit Pre-Approve it simply does nothing but reloads that page.

@Marina67 Verification Pending means that the guest needs to verify their ID. Normally they have 24 hours to clear it up after which if they provide the required ID, the reservation goes through.  If not, the dates are unblocked and become available for others to book.

thanks clare! appreciate this. i was able to get an agent at Airbnb to help me with the question as it was a rush. i thought the problem was on my end but the issue was just as you said.
