I am furious - not inititailly - easy to understand - Except that the lady "Jennifer" requested a change to another apartment closer to the waterfront - when she did so she at first made it as an inquiry and I accepted - BOOM she has two booking - I could be an **bleep** and make her cancel so she looses money - instead I say "I will fix it" it takes me hours and endless round and round the site, click drop down dead end.... again and again
