refund for cancellation

My guest has not been refunded for his stay, when should this take place, as it's been over 2 weeks and he's been charged three times.

Hi guys.

My guest cancelled when she was checked in. I am a new host so I made a request a refund for her. In my amount of money, the systerm automatic minus $78. After that I discover that my guest cancelled the reservation so I did not recceive $78 from her. So I lost my $78 for requessted refund her.

How can I take my money back?

What should I do now?
