refunded two years later

This is a strange one, I just was looking at my last months' payouts and saw a refund that was given to a guest from over two years ago (Nov. 2016). 

One page shows that it was refunded but the payout history doesn't. So I think something might need to be put in place in regards to these matters. 

When I called and then called back (returning their call) the second day in regards to the matter, I was asked for 3 verifications, one being my payout method used. I didn't feel comfortable telling the girl what it was, but I guess they can see it anyway. 

Also, it's hard to find the payment history (trips took). You have to go to individual booking to see what was paid out. I'd suggest Airbnb make a payment history list as they do for payout. 

I'm thinking of doing experiences, but there is such a large 25% fee, why so much compared to hosting fees?
