I received an email today informing me i have been awarded superhost status, but my account shows that i am on track to attain it next time. No badge is showing on my profile. I have reached superhost standards for the last two periods. I feel really dissapointed. Am i a superhost or not?
Hello @Jill151 You must contact Airbnb Customer Service directly: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/ or their Twitter. But give it a day or two - it is only today that the assessment period has finished.
I received an email yesterday telling me I am now a superhost for the first time, but like you its not showing up on my account and it also states I am on track for Jan 1st. KInd of disappointing, or maybe it takes a few days...not sure.
