Hello to all fellow hosts
I missed Superhost this time because my 10th guests check in on sept 30 and check out on october 1st
So in total i had 9 stayings guests instead of 11 as both guests check in on 30 and apparently the check out have to be on the sept 30
i could not find any info on that sense to stipulate check out have to be before Sept 30
my understanding was checking was have to be latest on the 30 but not check ou
If anyone can point out this i will be very greatfull
thank you
Marie
Hello @Marie544. There should be 10 completed stays before the assessment starts.
Tx you Marzena for ur reply
i was so desapointed as i saw till october 1st before the assment so i thought i had reach the nbre of stay as my guests was checking out on oct 1st
Don't worry about being a superhost, @Marie21. From the very beginning of my hosting I have always been on the verge of becoming one. But there is always that pain-in-the-ass type of guest that arrives that I have given it up. It all depends on who you accept as guests. If you do too many transits/one-night stays - there is no chance for a superhost. 😉 But you can be 99.9% booked.
