upgrade photos

I have made some improvements and would like to change/upgrade some of the photos.  How can I switch them out and in?

I pretty computer savy, but I cant seem to figure out how to change my photos. Very frustrating, can anyone tell me how?

Change them in what way?  

Replace?  Rearrange?  Delete?

People need to "Use their words."

My current photos are from several years ago and we have remodeled and upgraded the apartment.

I want to change them out so I went to HELP.

The directions say I can click on a photo and find a trash icon in the top right corner of the photo. NOT

I'm told I can click "Add Photo". Not seeing that.

Blank white box underteath image? No, only black all around the image.

The entire set of directions cause me to think that I have not found the right page to do the things the directions suggest, but I cannot find any other pages with my photos.

Add captions underneath. NOPE.
