visitor can't post review

We had a couple stay this week and they wanted to post a review straight away, however they were not able to as they could not find our listing from the searches, it simply wasnt shown. They then messaged us with the review seeing if we could do anything with it as it is a great review, was wodnering if anyone has had a similar issue and solved it?

You have to wait till you get the prompt email from Airbnb, usually the day after check out. After that email is received, you can either click on its links --or at that point, find the capability to review in your Profile on your pc.
